The True Reputation Score is a 0–100 rating built on verified Google reviews and Florida license verification — so you can compare licensed practices on real patient feedback, not proximity.

The largest factor is the practice's Google rating, with review volume adding confidence on a scale that rewards a real track record over a handful of reviews. We then verify an active license and a clean board record with the Florida Department of Health.

Practices we can't verify a Google rating for are left unranked rather than shown a made-up number. No business can pay to move up.
